BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT

The Board of County Commissioners (BCC) established the BOA on December 1, 1988 by Ordinance 88-16. Per Section 2.03.01 of the Land Development Code (LDC) of Escambia County, the BOA is endowed by the BCC to conduct quasi-judicial hearings to grant, grant with conditions, or deny applications for the following processes: Administrative Appeal, Conditional Use, Site Plan Approval Extension, and Variance.
