Management & Budget Services

The Management & Budget Services Department is responsible for the primary internal and administrative functions of Escambia County government.  The Department is comprised of four major divisions including Purchasing, Budget, Surplus Property and Risk Management. The Management & Budget Services Department strives to provide the highest customer service to all of its clients both internal and external.
