Traffic Calming Policy

Traffic calming is an MSBU process requiring property owners to fund the cost to implement. If you have a question about traffic calming, call the Traffic Division at 595-3404 for a request and direction on process. All requests for traffic calming require a response in writing within five days to outline the process.

Malfunctioning Traffic Signals
To report a malfunctioning traffic light
Between 7:30 am -4:00 pm, call
Escambia County Engineering at 850-595-3484.

(After hours, all calls are forward to an answering service and relayed to the contractor on call.)

Parking Restrictions

Requests for residential parking restrictions or to prohibit parking due to safety concerns will be processed by the Division of Engineering.
