  • Clerk of the Circuit Court and Comptroller Customer Service and Online Access Update

    The Supreme Court of Florida issued Administrative Order No. AOSC20-17 on March 24, 2020 extending the suspension of jury trials, and other related matters, through April 17, 2020. The MC Blanchard and Theodore Bruno Juvenile Justice buildings remain open but have limited public access.

  • Public Encouraged to Participate Electronically for the BOCC Meeting Thursday, April 2

    The public is strongly encouraged to participate electronically in Public Forum Thursday, April 2 at 4:30 p.m. followed by the Board of County Commissioners Regular Meeting at 5:30 p.m. This meeting, along with the Community Redevelopment Agency meeting, will be streamed live and archived online and utilizing this virtual viewing technology is encouraged.

The office of Community and Media Relations is responsible for coordinating county communications and releasing accurate and timely information to Escambia County residents, the media and board of county commissioners’ employees. CMR acts as a full-service communication office for county departments, assisting with heightening awareness of the county’s mission, programs, policies, initiatives and services in order to foster good relationships with our citizens and media partners. CMR also works in the field during emergencies and is available to the media 24/7.
